Dear Sir/Madam, The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Supply Unit in Yangon, Myanmar, invites qualified local transporters to submit their proposals for the PROVISION OF INLAND TRANSPORTATION SERVICE FROM TAUNGGYI TO DISTRIBUTION SITES in response to UNHCR Request for Quotation 26/HCR/MMR/SUP/RFQ/001 The RFQ consists of the following - RFQ Cover Letter: 26/HCR/MMR/SUP/RFQ/001 Annex A - Terms of Reference for the provision of inland transportation service from Taunggyi to distribution sites Annex B - Technical Offer Form Annex C - Financial Offer Form Annex D - GENERAL CONDITION OF CONTRACT FOR SERVICES Annex E - UN SUPPLIER CODE OF CONDUCT Annex F - Vendor Registration Form (Commercial Suppliers)We would appreciate receiving your quotation by or before 31-Mar-2026 - COB by e-mail to Yangon Supply Unit at myayasupply@unhcr.org Please be aware of the fact that the e-mail policy employed by UNHCR limits the size of attachments to a maximum of [15] Mb so it may be necessary to send more than one e-mail for the whole submission.
