Description:
Request for quotation are invited for Construct/Renovate an Existing Office Compound in Mandalay. • Contractor shall acquire Mandalay City Development Committee (MCDC) permission if necessary. Contractor shall build a 6 feet tall substantial barrier made of 3”x2” wood members or equivalent material and plywood or metal sheet wall enclosing the fence construction as shown in construction security plan. • Contractor shall build a 9” thick, total 5 feet depth reinforced concrete (R.C) retaining wall, 3 feet below ground level, 2 feet above ground level along the shared fence line, approximately 616 Linear feet (L. ft). • Relocate electrical DB and electrical lines from existing wall to new wall, approximately 2 feet lower than existing location. • Contractor shall demolish the upper portion of the existing masonry wall tenderly not to damage the structural integrity of the remnant wall. Total length is 1096 L. ft. See drawing (extension type) for reference. • Contractor shall construct 5 feet tall, 9”x9” R.C column between the existing masonry wall 15 feet interval. The total number of RC column is 40 nos. ONLY. • Contractor shall build a 9”x9” R.C lintel beam bracing the added columns at the level of 3 feet above ground level (extension type). • Contractor shall install specified anti-climb metal fence all around th perimeter fence total 1712 L. ft by using metal flange and anchorage.
