Description: United Nations Office at Nairobi (hereinafter referred to as UNON), on behalf of the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) Myanmar, is seeking a skilled Contractor to implement standalone water supply systems (with ground water extraction, water purification units, overhead tanks, ground tanks, pump house and fencing), as well as construction of small segments of access roads (ranging from 300 meters to 1.5 kilometers) with side drains in peri urban areas of Yangon city in Myanmar. This EOI is for the second phase of the Construction Project.The Project areas for stand-alone water supply systems are located at Hlaingtharyar, Shwepyitha, South Dagon, North Okkalapa, Dagon Seikan and Dala townships (Total 18 locations in 6 townships).
