- The assignment involves the development of the Myanmar Education Joint Response Framework (JRF) for the period 2026-2028. The JRF will serve as a unified, evidence-based strategic framework to guide coordinated education sector planning, implementation and financing among all stakeholders under the Education Sector Group (ESG). The framework will promote inclusive, equitable, and resilient education systems, with a strong focus on addressing disparities related to gender, disability and displacement. It must be responsive to the needs of all children and youth in Myanmar, particularly those in vulnerable and conflict-affected areas, and align with national priorities as well as global education commitments, including the principle of leaving no one behind.
