Dear Sir/Madam, The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (hereinafter referred to as UNHCR) is pleased to invite prospective bidders to submit a bid in accordance with the UNHCR General Conditions of Contract for Goods and Services and Terms of Reference (TOR) Technical Requirement as set out in this Request for Quotation (RFQ). The RFQ consists of the following: REQUEST FOR QUOTATION: 25-HCR-MMR-SUP-RFQ-018 - for the provision of Concrete Solar Footing Construction and Solar Streetlights Installation in IDP sites/Monasteries , Sittwe, Rakhine state, Myanmar.
