- 1. Purpose:1.1 The purpose of this Request for Capacity development on Smart Start Curriculum as per Terms of Reference/Statement of Work attached at Annex B.2. Submission Deadline and Proposal opening:2.1 The deadline for submission of proposals is as follows:09 February 2024, 15:00 hr (Myanmar Time). Emailed bids must be sent exclusively to procurementyangon@unicef.org in a non-editable format (viz. PDF), clearly marked with the tender number LRPS-2024-9187887 in the subject line and emailed to arrive NO LATER than 09 February 2024, 15:00 hr.
