- The following are some indicative activities that the LIFT UP consultant will need to undertake but which are not exhaustive.- Support in initiation, design, implementation, analysis, report development and dissemination of the assessment survey on key population sub-group(s) together with an external research team.- In collaboration with the PEPFAR IP for LIFT UP fund, technical support and implementation of the following should be carried out:o Work with CSOs to design interventions for engagement with KP sub-groups to understand their attitudes, preferences, and experiences with HIV services.o Identify channels for communicating with each KP sub-group (e.g., social media, texts, interviews etc.)o Develop tools to guide engagement with KP sub-groups.o Identify an approach for routine data analysis.o Test the intervention with CSOs for feasibility and insights.o Train PEPFAR IPs and community partners.- Liaise and coordinate with the UCO Community Systems Strengthening team, CBOs and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion of activities which are set out in the workplan.- Support in developing training materials, organize and facilitate training and workshops on M&E and ...
