Description: The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable consultant to manage small grants to support capacity building of community, to facilitate trainings and workshops and to coordinate social media campaign. The objective of this consultancy is to provide project support to ensure that project activities occur in a timely manner in order to maximize programmatic impact to fast-track the national response to HIV.
