- RFQ-2025-23 Lead Consultant for the Development of the National Strategic Plan for HIV (2027 2030).The overall objective of this consultancy is to lead and guide the development of Myanmar's National Strategic Plan for HIV (2027 2030).The consultant will serve as the Lead Technical Expert, overseeing the NSP writing process, providing technical leadership, and ensuring that the final NSP is comprehensive, evidence-based, fully costed, and aligned with the Global AIDS Strategy (2021 2026) and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).Work to be performed:Objective 1: To develop a comprehensive design and planning framework for the NSP process, guided by insights from the desk reviewObjective 2: To plan and implement stakeholder engagement and facilitation processes to support inclusive participationObjective 3: To lead and contribute specialized technical input to support the development and completion of the NSP documentProvider shall be an individual or NGO operating in the field of HIV and health system strengthening, with proven expertise in strategic plan development.Planned timelines (subject to confirmation): Total duration: 40 daysStart date: 15/12/2025; End date: 31/03/2026For more details on activities and expected outcomes please refer to attached RFQ document.
