TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF THE SECURITY SYSTEMS". In addition, the vendor will also undertake the maintenance of the complete system and supply of necessary spares. 2.2 Packaging, forwarding, transport, insurance, loading, unloading, precaution against damage during transit etc. is responsibility of the vendor. 2.3 Performance Guarantee to be submitted. 2.4 Two sets of operation and maintenance manuals to be provided. 2.5 Test Certificate: Vendor shall provide all necessary test certificates EMD of successful bidder shall be refunded after award of the contract and deposit of Performance Security @ 5% of the total contract value. Successful bidder will deposit Performance Security within 5 working days of award of contract The Performance Security should be valid upto 60 days beyond the contract period After successful completion of all contractual obligations, the Performance Security (without any interest) shall be refunded within 30 days.
